Brief
At
8am, at work,
I was briefing
a crew of German
pilots that there was
an area
of severe turbulence
over the North Sea
because the Jet
stream was--
and then
the phone rang,
and it was my
husband yelling
how inconsiderate
it was for me to
take the last
pack of cigarettes,
knowing that
I had the car-
so I hung up.
I said that the
abrupt change in
direction of the Jet
stream over the northern
part of Scotland would--
the phone rang again;
my husband said something
about two dollars in
his wallet, but
I hung up,
I hung up because
I couldn't get
hung up.
